Nature Based Psychotherapy is a therapeutic approach that harnesses the healing power of nature to support individuals on their journey towards wholeness and well-being. Rooted in Jungian principles and Phenomenological practice, Nature Based Psychotherapy recognizes the inherent wisdom of the natural world, its indigenous inhabitants, and its ability to facilitate deep healing and transformation within the human nervous system.

Nature Based Psychotherapy integrates traditional therapeutic techniques with the principles of ecopsychology, Jungian psychology, and Phenomenological philosophy. This approach acknowledges the interconnectedness between human beings and the natural world, viewing nature as a powerful ally in the therapeutic process, and focuses on exploring lived experiences and subjective perceptions, informs Nature-Based Psychotherapy by encouraging individuals to engage with nature with an open and receptive mindset.

By engaging with nature in a mindful and intentional way, individuals can gain insight, healing, and growth. Therapeutic transformations are often perceived as more natural, less forced and integrated with ease, compared to traditional clinical therapy forms.
